A bodyweight workout you can do from home! We will do a warm up, circuit work out, and a cool down with stretching and breathing.
You will need:
+ A large towel (beach towel OR bath towel is fine) and
+ Some room to move around
+ A yoga mat, carpet, towel, blanket, etc for floor based exercises.
While not necessary, feel free to grab weights if you have them, or load up a backpack with books, etc to make it a little heavy. I’ll let you know when you can use them. Otherwise, all you'll need is a screen (with internet access) to access the video. You do need to download Zoom to join in. The app is free to download and use on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Leave your video on and at a good angle if you’d like the best coaching experience. Otherwise, feel free to keep your camera off! Please mute your microphone, unless you’d like to ask a question.
If you’d like to listen to music, feel free to play something on low volume in the background. If you have kiddos or loved ones at home they're welcome to join in, if you'd like.
